This process outlines the migration of WPD Corporate Model to Open Education totrade.co (1 million + prepaid licenses owner) Microsoft 365 Enterprise, aiming to implement the "World Peace Development" Corporate Model and integrate Totrade Group Hydroloop™ System.
Phase 1: Pre-Migration Planning
1. Assess Current Environment
►Inventory & Audit: Review existing infrastructure, including servers, user accounts, applications, and data for migration.
►Align with Goals: Ensure the migration plan supports collaboration, security, and sustainability goals related to World Peace Development and The Hydroloop™ System.
2. Prepare Licenses and Tenant Setup
►Tenant Setup: Configure the Open Education oe.totrade.co, oe.lordofworld.com, and oe.laelaha.com domains in Microsoft 365, with global admin accounts.
►License Assignment: Distribute the 1 million + licenses based on user Educational roles and project studies involvement.
►Domain Verification: Verify ownership of totrade.co in Microsoft 365.
3. User Communication and Training
►Training Plan: Educate users on key Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and project-specific workflows.
►Internal Communication: Inform employees about the migration timeline, benefits, and expectations.
4. Collaborators, Contractors, Investors, government, and team members to request for collaboration:
a. Type on your browser or click: lordofword.com/contact_it
b. Fill all the fields of the form and press send
c. Check "Your Email" used for approval with username and temporary password
If you already have all the apps and part of a company already, jump to section 4 to incorporate WPD Collaboration to Microsoft Edge for Business.

Microsoft 365 A1 Plus Office, one installation includes a variety of apps designed to enhance productivity and collaboration in educational settings. Here are the main apps included:
- Word: For creating and editing documents.
- Excel: For spreadsheets and data analysis.
- PowerPoint: For creating presentations.
- OneNote: For note-taking and organization.
- Teams: For communication and collaboration.
- Outlook: For email and calendar management.
- OneDrive: For cloud storage, 100GB each that can be shared between members.
These apps are accessible online and can be installed on your devices for offline use.
Microsoft Edge for Business is designed to support multiple accounts. To avoid conflicts with other MS365 accounts, separate your WPD account and log in to any WPD app using your WPD profile.
1. Go to totrade.co/apps
a. Enter our IT Team provided Username and Password.
b. Once logged on using Edge for Business as browser with your profile created, you can straightaway use them. Some apps need activation such as OneDrive. Use any app online in case you use an airport computer or a friend computer.
Install MS 365 Office for Laptop, Desktop PC/Mac for offline use. Most of these software are designed to operate without internet and sync your work when you are online.
2. Go to https://www.microsoft365.com/, click on install and more, and select Install Microsoft 365 apps.
Make sure you uninstall old Microsoft Office to avoid any conflict.
3. Install Extra apps
- OneDrive
Click to download and open the OneDriveSetup.exe file. Once completed add your credential (username and password).
A multi-OneDrive accounts can be added, each will have a sharable 100GB. Contact IT for more information.
- MS Teams with built-in AI tools. Organize your life and work, and stay connected with family, friends, and colleagues. Chat, call, and meet with anyone and access your files securely—do it all with Teams without relying on Mobile Phone number that is subject to monthly subscription and loss.

To get a free desktop licence, each Open education account should Register with their assigned email as developer at: developer.microsoft.com and follow the instruction from there.
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Migration
Following the completion of Phase 1, where the Microsoft 365 apps above have been successfully installed to support the World Peace Development Corporate Model, we will now focus on global collaboration.
Phase 2: Migration Execution
1. Centralize Global Collaboration
Goal: Modernize Global agriculture, housing, and industries by enhancing collaboration across departments, companies, and investors, using Microsoft 365 to unify agencies under one platform for strategic development.
►Standardized Applications: Implement Office365, Teams, Azure, and other key Microsoft apps (OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.) to standardize processes across teams and streamline digital culture.
►Carbon-Negative Initiative: Integrate the Hydroloop™ System and related projects under the Carbon-Negative initiative, enabling real-time collaboration and reporting via Power BI and Teams.
2. Migrate Department Domains
Gradually onboard Global member departments and companies to the unified platform. Initially, focus on totrade.co as default internet domain, followed by other member domains (or their sub-domain) where associated email(s) can be created accordingly to simplify trust relationship.
