This project seeks to ensure that all the people have access to basic human rights, including food, housing, healthcare, education, safety, justice, employment, a safe environment, water, sanitation, by avoiding flood and drought, and the opportunity to engage in trade and commerce for rapid advancement toward the Space Age, Type I Civilization and beyond. Our goal is to avoid stagnant, harmful and destructive economic models that could potentially regress society to a Stone Age-like state in the event of a Cataclysm. To achieve this, we aim to collaborate with trading partners, constructive allies, climate-conscious investors, and effective governments in realizing the #UGDMN.

To support these efforts, we are deploying a Cloud Datacenter System. This standardized and widely adopted platform enables enterprises, governments, and educational institutions worldwide to collaborate seamlessly from any location, reducing travel expenses, lowering training costs, and improving human resource management.

If you already familiar with MS 365 Enterprise Cloud Datacenter System and have the latest apps on your mobile phones and Desktop/Laptop, go to Microsoft Edge for Business(es) after coordinating with our ITC department for collaboration.

For #UGDMN collaboration using Microsoft 365 Enterprise, your PC should meet or exceed these minimum specs to ensure smooth performance across Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and system design tools:

Step-by-Step Migration to Microsoft 365 Enterprise

This process outlines UGDMN migration to totrade.co (10,000 prepaid licenses owner) Microsoft 365 Enterprise, aiming to implement the UGDMN and integrate Totrade Group Hydroloop™ System.

Phase 1: Pre-Migration Planning

1. Assess Current Environment

►Inventory & Audit: Review existing infrastructure, including servers, IT Equipment, we recommend Microsoft Surface Pro 11+Copilot, ordered with Totrade IT Department as an example with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, 16GB Ram, and 1TB SSD, user accounts, applications, and data for migration will be executed by Totrade IT Team.

►Align with Goals: Ensure the migration plan supports collaboration, security, and sustainability goals related to #UGDMN and The Hydroloop™ System.

2. Prepare Licenses and Tenant Setup

►Tenant Setup: Configure totrade.co, domains in Microsoft 365, with global admin accounts.

►License Assignment: Distribute the 10,000 licenses based on user roles and project involvement.

►Domain Verification: Verify ownership of totrade.co in Microsoft 365.

3. User Communication and Training

►Training Plan: Educate users on key Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and project-specific workflows.

►Internal Communication: Inform employees about the migration timeline, benefits, and expectations.

2. Install mobile apps

If you already have all the apps and part of a company already, jump to section 4 to incorporate #UGDMN Collaboration to Microsoft Edge for Business.

a. On your mobile, select:

►"App Store" for iPhone

►"Play Store" for Android

b. Search app with same logo

c. Install each of the 9 apps

3. Install MS 365 Office for Laptop, Desktop PC/Mac

As standard, hardware should be purchased in collaboration with the Totrade IT Team. Microsoft 365 apps, along with other essential software, will be pre-installed. This setup includes a variety of apps designed to enhance productivity and collaboration, standardizing for both educational and enterprise environments. Below are the key applications included in the pre-installation:

- Word: For creating and editing documents.
- Excel: For spreadsheets and data analysis.
- PowerPoint: For creating presentations.
- OneNote: For note-taking and organization.
- Teams: For communication and collaboration.
- Outlook: For email and calendar management.
- OneDrive: For cloud storage, 100GB each that can be shared between members.
- Planner: For task management and team collaboration on projects.
- Project: For advanced project management, including timelines, task assignments, and resource planning...
- SketchUp, Adobe Creative Master Collection, Anti-Virus, Memory Optimizer, and other essentials

These apps are accessible both online and offline. Any work done offline will automatically sync with the cloud once an internet connection is available, ensuring seamless access and collaboration.

4. Download Edge for Business

Microsoft Edge for Business is designed to support multiple accounts. To avoid conflicts with other MS365 accounts, IT Team will separate your WPD accounts for multi-tasks user and log in to any UGDMN app using your WPD profile.

Add a Profile for each account. You can add many profile as you have or want to manage multiple accounts.

Post-Delivery

Use MS 365 Office for Laptop, Desktop PC/Mac:

1. Go to totrade.co/apps
a. Enter the IT Team provided Username and Password.
b. Once logged on using Edge for Business as browser with your profile created, you can straightaway use them. Some apps need activation such as OneDrive. Use any app online in case you use an airport computer or a friend computer.

Install MS 365 Office for Laptop, Desktop PC/Mac for offline use. Most of these software are designed to operate without internet and sync your work when you are online.

2. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps/, click on install and more, and select Install Microsoft 365 apps.
Make sure you uninstall old Microsoft Office to avoid any conflict.

3. Install Extra apps

- OneDrive
Click to download and open the OneDriveSetup.exe file. Once completed add your credential (username and password).
A multi-OneDrive accounts can be added, each will have a sharable 100GB. Contact IT for more information.

- MS Teams with built-in AI tools. Organize your life and work, and stay connected with family, friends, and colleagues. Chat, call, and meet with anyone and access your files securely—do it all with Teams without relying on Mobile Phone number that is subject to monthly subscription and loss.

Microsoft 365 Enterprise Migration

Following the completion of Phase 1, where the Microsoft 365 apps above have been successfully installed to support #UGDMN, we will now focus on global collaboration.

Phase 2: Migration Execution

1. Centralize Global Collaboration

Goal: Modernize Global agriculture, housing, and industries by enhancing collaboration across departments, companies, and investors, using Microsoft 365 to unify agencies under one platform for strategic development.

►Standardized Applications: Implement Office365, Teams, Azure, and other key Microsoft apps (OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.) to standardize processes across teams and streamline digital culture.

►Carbon-Negative Initiative: Integrate the Hydroloop™ System and related projects under the Carbon-Negative initiative, enabling real-time collaboration and reporting via Power BI and Teams.

2. Migrate Department Domains

Gradually onboard Global member departments and companies to the unified platform. Initially, focus on totrade.co as default internet domain, followed by other member domains (or their sub-domain) where associated email(s) can be created accordingly to simplify trust relationship.

Security Enhancement

Windows 11 include new features and privacy controls. But many settings reset after updates. Older apps may ignore your preferences. Windows shares personal data with Microsoft and apps. Some services log keystrokes, share your Wi-Fi with contacts, or auto-connect to public networks—creating security risks.

Security

MS Teams vs Other Platforms

WhatsApp messages are encrypted, but your data isn’t fully private. Metadata is collected. Backups are exposed. Business accounts allow employee access. The Chinese government banned WhatsApp for security reasons.

For full control, avoid backups and switch to secure platforms like Microsoft Teams.

Other vulnerabilities:
• Facebook Messenger: No default encryption.
• Zoom: Past data leaks and weak encryption.
• Google Workspace: Tracks usage, stores content, shares with third-party apps.
• WhatsApp: Logs contacts, usage, and device info.

Use widely adopted enterprise-grade tools for sensitive communication. Privacy requires more than encryption. It needs full system control.
